Emotional Freedom Technique – What is This?

The emotional freedom technique (EFT), also called psychological acupressure or EFT tapping, is a natural way of eliminating stress and physical pain.

In this technique, you tap on certain points that are along the path of “life energy.” Light tapping opens the blocked pathway and helps you balance the energy flow. Restoring energy flow can remove negative emotions, make room for positive thoughts, and maintain your overall health.
